| The Bible Is Perfect
Psalms 19:7: The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
As the Bible is perfect, the Holy Spirit is perfect. As the Holy Spirit is perfect, the Bible is perfect. The Bible and the Holy Spirit will never be in disagreement. The purposes of the Bible and the purposes of the Holy Spirit are identical. They are like two sides of a mold into which Christians should be fitted. They work together. The Bible is the text book and the Holy Spirit is the teacher. We need both.
Galatians 5:22-23a: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: . . .
Ephesians 5:9: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

If what I know of the Bible has not made me faithful, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me righteous, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me truthful, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me meek, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me wise, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me gracious, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me obedient, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
If what I know of the Bible has not made me submissive, what I know of the Bible is insufficient.
The Bible and the Holy Spirit have a lot more work to do on me. How about you?
